On 16 December 2024, Vietnam-based ecommerce enabler OnPoint announced its acquisition of Crea, an ecommerce service provider in Thailand. This acquisition aims to enhance OnPoint’s capabilities and presence in Southeast Asia’s growing digital commerce sector. The combined resources of OnPoint and Crea now support over 250 brands with more than 600 in-house employees and over 1,000 outsourced personnel.
